Invitation letters 

Unfortunately UCL is unable to issue letters confirming conference attendance until all conference fee payments have been received.  Once you have made your payment, please e-mail the receipt to c.ellul@ucl.ac.uk stating clearly that you require an invitation letter for the conference.  If you have had a paper accepted, please also state this clearly in the e-mail, with your UDMS Paper number.  We will then be able to issue the  appropriate invitation. 

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at UCL in The Engineering Front Building/Roberts Building, University College London, Torrington Place, London WC1E 7JE (this building forms part of UCL’s main Campus). You can find a campus map here: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/maps/downloads/campus-map-2012.pdf.
